By booking or purchasing a service with Frooogs and/or POMS Med Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clarity and mutual understanding for all parties.

1. Ticket Policy

• Each ticket is valid for one individual person only and cannot be shared or split between attendees.
• Admission to events or appointments will only be granted to the person whose name is associated with the ticket.

2. No Refund Policy

• All bookings and purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or additional transfers are permitted under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed one time only and is subject to availability.
• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your session and any fees paid.

4. Ticket Transfers

• Tickets are transferable to another person one time only. The transfer must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment or event date.
• You must notify Frooogs and/or POMS Med Spa in advance to process the transfer by emailing frooogsxpomsevents@gmail.com

5. Health and Safety

• By participating in any service or treatment, you confirm that you are in good health and have disclosed all relevant medical information.
• Frooogs and POMS Med Spa reserve the right to refuse service if it is determined that the treatment is not suitable for your health or safety.

6. Liability Waiver

• Frooogs and POMS Med Spa are not responsible for any injuries, reactions, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation in services or treatments.
• By proceeding with your booking, you assume full responsibility for your participation and release Frooogs and POMS Med Spa from any liability.

7. Event Modifications

• Frooogs and POMS Med Spa reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify affected participants promptly and provide alternate options whenever possible.

8. Photography and Content

• By attending our events or appointments, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform staff in advance by emailing frooogsxpomsevents@gmail.com.

9. Code of Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all participants. Frooogs and POMS Med Spa reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for inappropriate conduct, without a refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By completing your booking or purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
